Good so far…
I’ve stuck to my plan, but am a little behind! I went to see Enchanted today, so a review will be up soon.
Getting back to work…
It’s time to get working again.
Tomorrow I start writing up my notes and journal – you see, we get marked on them at university, so I need to tidy mine up.
My current plan is to first write up a general evaluation for each of my projects – there’s two of them – and place that in my journal. It should pretty much cover all the surface my journal needs. Then I’ll write two highly-focused articles on my progress in specific areas of my projects – you know, give me that extra coverage. Then I will write a “what have I learnt?” document on the unit on-the-whole, incorporating all my independent research and case-studies.
That’s a solid plan, and I hope I can follow it.
Jericho – awesomeness!
I’ve been watching Jericho Season 1 on DVD for the last few days, and it’s incredible.
The story revolves around the end of the United States. Nuclear bombs detinate all over the US, killing millions, but the town of Jericho, Kansas, is unaffected. The story follows the townsfolk as they struggle to survive, both the aftermath of the attack, and themselves.
It’s really gripping, because not only are there terrorist-villains, but the town has to fight traitors and neighbouring settlements. I’ve never seen anything quite like it before.
I’ve just finished an episode called “A.K.A.” which is pivotal to the story – there are a few more left on DVD for me to see, then 7 new ones next month (Season 2, which wraps the whole story up).
I’ll do a “thoughts on” evaluation later in the week.
Lack of Enchantment
Hey peeps,
Never actually went to see the film, too busy with work and I’ve developed some random swelling on my lower-lip, so I’ll probably go later during the week. Review to be expected.
Enchanted – Before
So tomorrow I’m going to see Enchanted with the Pig with Udders. I’m slightly excited.
The film has an astounding 93% on Rotten Tomatoes, which means it is very, very good, and the critics are calling the lead actress – Amy Adams – phenomenal in her take of Snow White.
I’ll post my review tomorrow, so keep a look out!
